                     CHEESECAKE

If you like the sweets and you don´t know than cooking, you can make this recipe:

• Ingredients(4-6 people):

         1/2 cottage cheese

         Raisins

         A tablespoon of cornstarch

         3 eggs

         10 tablespoon of sugar

         2/3 a vessel with Ron

         Butter for greasing the bowl

        

• Elaboration:

       Put the Ron to warm and when to do bubbles, remove it, adds the raisins in the Ron. In other bowl put the cheese, the eggs, the sugar, the cornstarch and mix it well.

Then, put the butter in the bowl, pour the dough into the bowl and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.

           

Finally, dries the raisins, put them over of the cake and put it in the oven 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, you will have your cheesecake.
