Youtube is a website where anyone from anywhere can share their videos with the world. Youtube was created by three Paypal employees in february 2005, and later owned by the company Google for $1.65 billion in 2006. To watch Youtube videos in your personal computer you need to have installed Adobe Flash Player on the browser. Adobe Flash Player is one of the most common softwares, so you wont have any problems installing it. But, what happens if you want to upload your own video? You can! anybody can upload its own video up to a 15 minutes duration. But, like everything, Youtube has rules. You cannot upload any sexual content. You cannot upload images or music with copyright on it neither. Now the question is: what can I do? In Youtube you can find almost any type of video, from tutorials to furniture crafting. When you have thought what you want to do, the next step is creating a Youtube channel. For this you only need a Google acount, like your ordinary Gmail account. Once you have uploaded your own video you will see three numbers rising. One is your Youtube subcribers, people who are following your channel. The second one is you video reproductions, people that have seen your video. And the third is the number of people that has liked or disliked your video. Put an eye on these numbers because when they raise enough, some companies may conctact you offering a partnership with them. A partnership is a engagement that you have with a Youtube company that allows you to upload longer videos, evade some of the copyright punishments and earn money for allowing the company to put anvertising before your video.I personally think this is wonderfull, you can do what you like and also have some payment for doing it. I encuorage everyone to give this practice a chance.
