Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic disorder that affects mostly the lungs but also the pancreas, liver, kidneys, and intestine. It is produced by a mutation in the gene encoding the regulatory protein transmembrane conductance cystic fibrosis. The disease develops when neither allele is functional.  The name cystic fibrosis refers to the characteristic processes scarring (fibrosis) and cyst formation within the pancreas, It also receives the name mucoviscidosis.

CF affects multiple organ systems, causing abnormal and thick secretions of the exocrine glands.  It is characterized by weight gain and intestinal blockage caused by thick, bulky stools. Other symptoms appear later in childhood and early adulthood. These include growth retardation, advent of lung disease, and increasing difficulties by poor absorption of vitamins and nutrients in the gastrointestinal tract. Long-term issues include difficulty breathing and coughing up mucus as a result of frequent lung infections, other signs and symptoms include sinus infections, poor growth, etc.

Sufferers have a high concentration of salt (NaCl) in sweat, allowing make the diagnosis by analyzing, performing the sweat test. Also through prenatal genetic testing, birth through gibson and cooke.

Described more than 1500 mutations for this disease, most of them are small deletions or point mutations; less than 1% are due to mutations in the promoter or chromosomal rearrangements.

The main cause of morbidity and mortality is lung involvement, causing 95% of deaths. There is no curative treatment, however are possible treatments that can improve symptoms and prolong life expectancy. In severe cases, worsening the disease can impose the need for a lung transplant. The median survival for these patients worldwide is estimated at 35 years.

Sharks are normally treated like killers or dangerous animals but I can say that dogs kill more humans than them.

In most cases of human killed by sharks, the shark confuses humans with seals or small sea lions, or it has been stimulated with blood.

I can say that dolphins are more aggressive than sharks as you can see in the video and they make them (the sharks) get scared.

Normally sharks are not killed by their ecosystem’s neighbours, but humans are killing them at the moment in passive forms (sharks get trapped in nets and contamination) and in an active form: hunting them for their teeth, jaws and fins (to prepare shark’s fin soup), People normally now the most famous species of sharks:

on North America.
This eagle is the representative symbol of
United States,since in the antiquity this eagle represented the messengers between the gods and the human beings.
In my opinion this eagle represents the freedom and overcoming.Their feeding is varied although it usually eats fish.Their reproduction stage begins since the 5 years of age old,its months of reproduction it is usually between April and October.They make their nests in the floor or in the trees.
For me, it is a fascinating and alone creature we have begun to discover things on the one.

• The chocolate is the best antidepressant of the world. Many people say that the chocolate is a drug, because it creates addiction after having eaten it, but the chocolate has a lot of advantages:
•  It strengthens the heart, It might attack the diabetes, It protects the skin, raises the spirit, improves the vision, improves the blood stream, reduce the risk of suffering an ACV (cerebro-vascular accident). But you  must only eat 45gr of chocolate per week. But the chocolate has disadvantages, it produces migraines if it is consumed a lot of chocolate, It can have adverse effects in our body like obesity, dental decay or acne, It has high place contained in fats and carbohydrates.
  In my opinion the chocolate is the best food though it has disadvantages, I say what does not kill he puts on weight...

The Lion

The lion is a carnivore Animal class , they eat meat, for example they zebras, buffalo, antelope , etc ... are mammals and large .  Measuring about 3.3 meters tall females are about 2.7 meters long , including the tail .They can weigh about 270 kg and its size is huge . 1 meter high . Average weight of 125-180 kg . They are very active at night and rest day , living in the jungle , on the savannah , where shrubs , and besides all is the king of the jungle. Her hair is soft . The Lion constumbres are: hunting , sleeping, playing around with each other, etc ... They can live up to 25 years , some may exceed this age. Lions are capable of killing people, but when the lions get sick , injured or old hyenas attack and eat slowly .In relatively recent times the habitat of lions spanned from the Iberian Peninsula to the west of India , and most of Africa. In Europe , the lions became extinct in historical times.
